• ½ red onion
  • 1 fresh red chilli
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 Tbsp Liquid Gold
  • fresh coriander
  • 6 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 2 lime
  • extra virgin olive oil


  1. Chop up the onion and chilli
  2. Destone the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl and using a fork to mush it up with Liquid Gold.
  3. Chop up the coriander and the tomatoes and add to the avocados
  4. Add the juice from 1 lime and 1 tablespoon of oil, then season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and more lime juice, if needed.
