Smoothie Bowl

  • 150g frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Liquid Gold
  • 20-50g coconut milk or almond milk (enough to get the banana to whizz)
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

Optional toppings

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almond flakes
  • Bee pollen
  • Hemp seeds


  1. Combine frozen banana, berries, Liquid Gold, coconut/almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. It is best to use a Vitamix or an equally powerful blender, and a stick to blend properly.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and add toppings
