The Perfect Rice

  • 2 cups of basmati rice
  • 2 teaspoons of Liquid Gold
  • 4 cups water


  1. Pour rice into saucepan and pour cold water on top
  2. Stir in Liquid Gold
  3. Put on a medium heat and cook until all the liquid is absorbed into the rice, once it is almost gone, turn off the heat and put the saucepan lid on and leave to steam until all the liquid is gone.
